RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Free Shipping with Re-order!
If you need to return an item or items AND want to re-order the same item or items in a different size or color, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order. Please call 1-410-688-7402 to place your re-order with one of our Customer Service Representatives and have the shipping fee waived. After placing your re-order, you can then make your return as outlined below.
Use one of the following processes to return EO Sportsgear products purchased online or from catalogs.
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting us at support@eosportsgear.com, or calling us at 1-410-688-7402. You must obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization number within the applicable Return Policy period. EO Sportsgear will not accept returns without prior authorization and an
RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. EO Sportsgear must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be
extended or reissued.
Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. An item
returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at EO Sportsgear discretion, unless otherwise required by law.
2. Use our Easy Return label for a flat fee of $9.00.
Securely package the items you wish to return, fill out and include the Return Form, and affix the Easy Return shipping label found on your packing slip. Give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office or collection box. A flat fee of $9.00 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
Please note: Not all orders are eligible for the Rapid Return label service. If your packing slip does not have one, use return method 1.
Send your return to us with the shipper of your choice.
